【Application Procedure】

①    Please review the questions on the application form in advance before proceeding to fill it out.

②    If the form is submitted successfully, a “Registration confirmation” and a “Copy of Your Responses” will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at the time of application. Please be sure to save the “Registration confirmation,” as it must be presented at reception on the day of the event. Please note that it cannot be resent.

During the registration process, you will be required to select the top 3 choices for the workshop you wish to attend during each of the three days.
